Founder & coach behind Fun Moves
Hi! I’m Andrea, a strength coach, outdoor-activity enthusiast, and the person behind Fun Moves.
I created Fun Moves after years of coaching and training myself, noticing the same pattern over and over: when people build a consistent movement practice, it changes way more than just their fitness. It builds confidence, trust in their bodies, and the belief that they’re capable of doing hard, cool things. Both inside and outside the gym.
Fun Moves exists to make training feel clear, approachable, and sustainable. No matter where you’re starting, my goal is to help you move confidently and comfortably in a way that actually fits your real life. I believe strength training should feel purposeful and empowering. You don’t need perfect form, endless workouts, or extreme discipline to get stronger. You need smart structure, clear intent, and programs that respect your time, energy, and goals.
Outside of coaching, I’m an avid trail runner, cyclist, and lover of being outside in the mountains. I’ve competed in gravel and road races and continue to train alongside my clients. These days, I’m no longer training for competition. I’m training to move well, push myself outdoors, and do hard things alongside friends. And honestly, it's been my favourite season of movement yet.
As much as I enjoy moving my body in the gym, I truly love being outside more, and strength training gives me the freedom to explore how I want. Movement is my creative outlet, and one of the ways I take care of both my mental and physical health. I truly believe that building a relationship with movement can give you the confidence to go after the things that matter to you. Whatever those things look like.
At the end of the day, I believe an everyday, Fun Move can bring more joy, confidence, and ease into your life.
